About Jaglets Properties

In 1988 I bought my first campus property after graduating from Transylvania University.  As time passed, the future years brought a husband, 4 children and additional properties through the years.  Sadly, my husband passed away unexpectedly and my daughter Abby and I now are running the rental property business.  Now, the kids are grown and grandchildren are arriving through the years.  Our goal is to continue and grow the business and provide quality student housing at a reasonable price and keep our students safe and comfortable.  We have years of experience and aim to continue to improve the rental experience.
